张晓刚：今年是中印建交75周年，习近平主席同印度总统互致贺电，为发展两国关系引领方向。中印同为文明古国、发展中大国、“全球南方”重要成员，都处在各自现代化建设的关键时期，龙象共舞、相互成就，符合两国和两国人民的根本利益。中国军队愿与印方一道，认真落实两国领导人达成的重要共识，深化沟通协调、增进战略互信，共同维护好中印边境地区和平安宁，共同推动两军关系健康稳定发展，为维护世界与地区和平注入正能量。
